Bourbon Cream Sauce

This sauce, a favorite of mine to top nut encrusted fish or chicken, is also excellent on roasted potatoes, veggies, or drop a dollop on a pile of seasoned/buttered pasta. Honey lemon garlic mop sauce

Beer batter fish

Ingredients: 2 lbs. fresh fillets 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 cup flour 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 12oz. beer flour Method: Fill deep fryer, or a deep saucepan about 3/4 full with oil or fat for frying. Heat to 375 degrees. Cut fillets into serving size pieces and brush with lime juice.

Oven roasted luau pig

Peanutbutter truffle cookies

I didn’t know whether to call these truffle cookies or cookie truffles. Whatever you call them, they rock!
